Station Casinos had a temporary extension for the licenses of the two properties up until the end of 2022. It means that the two Station casinos will be closed until June 2023 at the earliest. The North Las Vegas City Council voted on Wednesday regarding the matter city officials were in favor of backing the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s stance. They have been closed since the March 2020 pandemic-forced closures. Station Casinos has gotten approval from both the Nevada Gaming Control Board and the North Las Vegas City Council to keep its Fiesta Rancho and Texas Station casinos closed for at least one more year.
